Guide on General Waste Disposal
Waste should be disposed of from Sunday to Thursday, between 8 PM and midnight. Collection will occur the following day (Monday to Friday), between 1 AM and noon.
- Only household waste should be placed in the designated waste bags. Do not include food waste or recyclables. Place the waste bags in front of your home or shop.
- Designated waste bags can be purchased at nearby supermarkets, convenience stores, or other authorized sellers.

Large Waste Disposal Guide
- Call the designated waste disposal company in your area (weekdays 9 AM–5 PM) and arrange for curbside disposal from Monday to Friday.
* Please schedule ahead of time as reservations may be fully booked.
- You can also schedule large waste disposal online via the “Immediate Disposal Service.”

Food Waste Disposal Guide
- Detached Houses and Small Businesses
- Remove moisture → Attach a fee payment sticker to the designated collection container → Dispose of in front of your home or store
- Apartment (with a collection and transport agreement)
- Remove moisture → Dispose of in intermediate collection containers → Fees are charged according to the volume (KRW 80 per liter)
- - A fine of up to KRW 300,000 may be imposed for failure to comply with food waste disposal standards (in cases where food waste is mixed with general waste in standard bags).
